AFN NIPÎY is Alexander First Nation’s Nation-led initiative to protect, restore, and reclaim stewardship over its waters and watershed systems. The work addresses changes to Sandy Lake, local creeks, aquifers, drainage systems, and water infrastructure while building a long-term plan for water protection, access, resilience, and water sovereignty.
